The Nassau County Police Department Second Squad detectives said that a male subject approached a 29-year-old male employee working at station, displayed a black handgun and demanded cash from the register. After placing all cash from the register into a black plastic bag himself, the subject then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of US currency, heading north on Jerusalem Avenue. There were no injuries reported.
The subject is described as being male, unknown race, black hooded sweat shirt, baggy jeans, white sneakers and the mask.
